Affiliate disclosure

Last updated: May 19, 2026

Ida Nature is reader-supported. Many of the links you'll see on this site — particularly those leading to GLP-1 programs, supplement brands, and weight-loss services — are affiliate links. That means when you click one and end up signing up or purchasing, we earn a commission. Your price is the same.

How we choose what to recommend

We accept affiliate relationships only with programs we'd actually use ourselves or recommend to a friend. We've turned down (and continue to turn down) plenty of higher-paying offers because the product or the company didn't pass our review.

Compensation does not affect editorial opinion

Our reviews are written before commercial terms are finalized. If a product gets worse — or the company gets worse — the review goes down with it, regardless of payout.

The Katalys network

Most of the affiliate relationships you see here are managed through the Katalys affiliate platform. Katalys handles attribution, payouts, and compliance verification between us and the brands we recommend. We don't have direct access to the personal information you share with those brands — your data lives with them and their privacy policy, not ours.

FTC compliance

This site complies with FTC 16 CFR Part 255 guidance on endorsements and testimonials. Every page that contains affiliate links carries a disclosure at the top and in the footer.
