What we collect

• Email address when you subscribe to our newsletter or request a lead magnet.
• Basic request metadata (IP address, user agent, referring page) at the moment of subscription, used to fight spam and bots.
• UTM parameters from links that brought you here, so we know which posts and channels work.
• Affiliate click events (which offer you clicked, when, from where) — used for attribution and to make sure we get paid.

What we don't collect

• We don't ask for, store, or transmit any health information through this site.
• We don't sell, rent, or share your email address with third parties.
• If you click through to one of our affiliate partners, the information you give them is governed by their privacy policy. We never see your medical intake.

Your rights

You can unsubscribe with a single click from any email we send. To request deletion of your record from our database, email privacy@idanature.com and we'll remove it within 7 days.

If you're in the EU or California, you also have rights under GDPR / CCPA to access, correct, or delete your data — the same email works.

Cookies

We use minimal cookies — strictly to remember if you've already subscribed and to attribute affiliate clicks. We do not run third-party advertising cookies on this site.
